Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 pound green beans (rinsed and ends trimmed)
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Garlic powder

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 °F
  • Place trimmed green beans on a large baking sheet and drizzle olive oil all over.
  • Sprinkle kosher salt on top then garlic powder (I would say start with 1/2 teaspoon and 'up' the amount if you feel you want more).
  • Using your hands, push the green beans around to make sure everything is coated in oil and seasonings.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until you see green beans are blistering and wrinkled. Toss or shake the pan halfway through the cooking process.
  • Remove from oven once done cooking and transfer to a large serving platter.
