Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 head garlic (, peeled and coarsely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley (, chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse Kosher salt
  • 1/2-3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instruction

  • In a small bowl, combine the garlic, parsley, white vinegar and salt. Spread in bowl so the top is flat.
  • Pour the olive oil over top until it is covered by olive oil.
  • Cover and marinate for 3-4 hours before serving.
