Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 head garlic (, peeled and coarsely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley (, chopped)
- 2 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse Kosher salt
- 1/2-3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instruction
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic, parsley, white vinegar and salt. Spread in bowl so the top is flat.
- Pour the olive oil over top until it is covered by olive oil.
- Cover and marinate for 3-4 hours before serving.
