Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs baby red potatoes ((1" chunks))
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 oz ranch seasoning packet
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instruction
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Place the potatoes in boiling water and par-cook till exterior is tender but center is still firm. ~5 minutes
- Drain potatoes from water and add toss briefly in a colander to scuff the exterior of the potatoes (this will create crispier roasted potatoes).
- Add potatoes to a large bowl along with oil, ranch, and garlic. Toss to combine.
- Place potatoes on baking sheet and roast in the oven for 30 minutes, or until crispy, turning once.
