Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 kg Large prawns (peeled with tails intact)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 50 gm Butter
  • 2 tbsp Garlic (thinly sliced )
  • Black pepper powder (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice (or to taste)

Instruction

  • Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and chopped red chili (optional). Sauté for one minute or until it starts leaving aroma.
  • Add the prawns and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes from all the sides or until the prawns are cooked or turn pink in color.
  • Top with lemon juice and toss to combine.
  • Serve hot Garlic prawns with your favourite dip along with delicious juices left in a pan.
