Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 kg Large prawns (peeled with tails intact)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 50 gm Butter
- 2 tbsp Garlic (thinly sliced )
- Black pepper powder (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice (or to taste)
Instruction
- Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and chopped red chili (optional). Sauté for one minute or until it starts leaving aroma.
- Add the prawns and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes from all the sides or until the prawns are cooked or turn pink in color.
- Top with lemon juice and toss to combine.
- Serve hot Garlic prawns with your favourite dip along with delicious juices left in a pan.
