Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 14 small red potatoes, (cut in half or quarters)
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, seasonings and parmesan. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Spread potatoes in a single layer on a foil lined 15x10-inch pan.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 45 to 50 minutes.
