Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 14 small red potatoes, (cut in half or quarters)
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, seasonings and parmesan. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a foil lined 15x10-inch pan.
- Bake, uncovered, for 45 to 50 minutes.
