Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1¼ cup uncooked arborio rice (must be arborio rice)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup white wine
- 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¾ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instruction
- Combine broth, rice, olive oil, white wine, onion flakes, garlic powder, salt and, pepper in your slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high 1½ - 2 hours or until most of the moisture is absorbed. Watch the timing as all slow cookers vary in cooking time and temperature a bit.
- Once the rice is soft and it is a creamy consistency, add in the cheese and stir.
- Sprinkle with some chives or parsley when serving if desired.
