Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 1/2 lb small red potatoes (often called “gourmet potatoes”--see NOTES)
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or Romano cheese)
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly spray a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Scrub the potatoes well; dry them of any excess water. Cut each potato in half and place in a large bowl.
- Mix the garlic and melted butter and pour over the potatoes.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and add to the potato mixture. Toss well to coat.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and done.
