Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 5 large Russet potatoes, (peeled, cubed (Costco size))
- 1 ½ sticks butter
- 6 ounces evaporated milk
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese
Instruction
- In a large pot of water, add potatoes and bring water to a boil over medium high heat.
- Cook potatoes until fork tender. Drain water and return to the pan.
- Add butter, cream cheese, evaporated milk, garlic salt and pepper, and let sit until butter and cream cheese start to melt.
- Mix with an electric mixer until desired consistency is obtained.
- Add Parmesan cheese and mix until combined.
- Serve with chicken, beef, pork or fish, and vegetables.
