The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 5 boneless skinless salmon fillets
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instruction

  • Heat grill to medium low heat, and spray racks with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, Italian Seasoning, garlic, pepper and Parmesan cheese until fully incorporated.
  • Dip Salmon into the mixture and place on grill, flipping every 3 minutes for about 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.Baste the salmon as you go with the garlic Parmesan mixture to keep the fish moist and full of flavor.
  • Serve warm.
