The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 5 boneless skinless salmon fillets
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instruction
- Heat grill to medium low heat, and spray racks with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, Italian Seasoning, garlic, pepper and Parmesan cheese until fully incorporated.
- Dip Salmon into the mixture and place on grill, flipping every 3 minutes for about 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.Baste the salmon as you go with the garlic Parmesan mixture to keep the fish moist and full of flavor.
- Serve warm.
