Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 pounds fingerling potatoes
- 3 Tbsps melted butter
- 1 Tbsp garlic paste or fresh minced garlic
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- kosher salt, pepper, fresh thyme leaves
Instruction
- Slice the potatoes in half lengthwise and place in a bowl.
- Pour the melted butter on top of the potatoes and add garlic paste, parmesan cheese, kosher salt, pepper, and fresh thyme leaves. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the potatoes on a lined baking sheet. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve with more fresh thyme leaves sprinkled over top.
