Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 pounds fingerling potatoes
  • 3 Tbsps melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp garlic paste or fresh minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • kosher salt, pepper, fresh thyme leaves

Instruction

  • Slice the potatoes in half lengthwise and place in a bowl.
  • Pour the melted butter on top of the potatoes and add garlic paste, parmesan cheese, kosher salt, pepper, and fresh thyme leaves. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Place the potatoes on a lined baking sheet. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with more fresh thyme leaves sprinkled over top.
