Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 pieces of tuna steaks (sea bass or salmon would be great as well)
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon mayo
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon miso
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fried garlic bits to garnish
- Thinly sliced green onion to garnish
Instruction
- Place the tuna steak on a steamer rack inside the fryer basket.
- Mix miso, mayo, and garlic and brush the sauce onto the exposed surfaces of the tuna. Sprinkle some black pepper over the tuna steaks and air fry at 380F (190C) for about 6 minutes. For fish, it’s recommended that the internal temperature exceed 145F (63C).
- Let rest for about 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle some green onion and fried garlic bits to serve.
