Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instruction
- Cut the cauliflower into florets
- Steam the cauliflower for about 10 minutes, until it is tender
- Meanwhile, in a small skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant and brown then remove from the heat
- When the cauliflower is done, add half to a food processor or blender and blend on high for a moment
- Add the rest of the cauliflower to the blender with the garlic, cheeses, salt, and pepper
- Blend until creamy and smooth
- Serve warm with a pat of butter if desired
