Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instruction

  • Cut the cauliflower into florets
  • Steam the cauliflower for about 10 minutes, until it is tender
  • Meanwhile, in a small skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant and brown then remove from the heat
  • When the cauliflower is done, add half to a food processor or blender and blend on high for a moment
  • Add the rest of the cauliflower to the blender with the garlic, cheeses, salt, and pepper
  • Blend until creamy and smooth
  • Serve warm with a pat of butter if desired
