Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 10-12 lamb fillets
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a shallow dish, allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat a non-stick frypan to high heat and cook lamb for 3 minutes on each side for medium ‘doneness’.
  • Remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes.
