Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 lb Salmon Fillet
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened )
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic parsley salt (adjust to taste)
  • 3 garlic cloves

Instruction

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, butter, garlic, garlic parsley salt, and orange juice. Allow the butter to soften to room temperature first to make it easier to create a smooth spread.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place salmon fillets on top. Top off each piece with a hefty spoon of your herb garlic butter.
  • Bake salmon at 415°F for about 15 minutes. Use a fork to check if the fish flakes apart easily to ensure it has cooked all the way through. Check that the internal temperature has reached 145°F at the thickest part of the fillet if you are unsure.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
