Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 12 ounce(s) fresh green beans - cut into 2 inch pieces
 - 5 clove(s) garlic, minced
 - 2 - 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
 - salt - & pepper to taste
 - 1 teaspoon(s) sesame seeds, or to your liking
 - handful - sliced almonds
 - a squeeze - of lemon juice
 
Instruction
- Place a pot of water on stove and bring to a boil. Add about 1 tsp salt to the water.
 - Snap bean ends and cut either in half or 2 inch pieces.
 - Once water is boiling, add the beans and cook no longer than 3 minutes, you want them to be crisp tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.
 - Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and pepper flakes. Stir frequently and saute for roughly 2 minutes.
 - Add the beans and toss to coat with garlic. Salt and pepper and saute just long enough to heat through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and almond...Give them a squeeze of lemon, stir and serve immediately.
