Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound Green Beans
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic (thinly sliced)
- 2 teaspoons Salt Flakes
- ¼ cup Slivered Almonds
Instruction
- Boil the beans for 5 minutes until tender and drain well.
- Place a non-stick frying pan over high heat and add the oil, butter, garlic and salt.
- Saute the garlic and salt for 3 minutes then add the almonds. Saute until the almonds are browned.
- Mix through the green beans and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
