Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound Green Beans
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 2 teaspoons Salt Flakes
  • ¼ cup Slivered Almonds

Instruction

  • Boil the beans for 5 minutes until tender and drain well.
  • Place a non-stick frying pan over high heat and add the oil, butter, garlic and salt.
  • Saute the garlic and salt for 3 minutes then add the almonds. Saute until the almonds are browned.
  • Mix through the green beans and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
