Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 bulbs garlic
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp dry white wine
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 3 Tbsps flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 6 oz goat cheese (crumbled)
- 3 large eggs (separated)
- Roasted garlic
- 1 cup passata tomato sauce
- 1 cup light cream ((I use 10% but 5% would work too))
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (minced)
- 3 Tbsps fresh parmesan (grated)
- 3 Tbsps shredded Gruyere cheese
- Basil and/or cherry tomatoes for garnish
