The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 bulbs garlic
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp dry white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsps butter
  • 3 Tbsps flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 6 oz goat cheese (crumbled)
  • 3 large eggs (separated)
  • Roasted garlic
  • 1 cup passata tomato sauce
  • 1 cup light cream ((I use 10% but 5% would work too))
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (minced)
  • 3 Tbsps fresh parmesan (grated)
  • 3 Tbsps shredded Gruyere cheese
  • Basil and/or cherry tomatoes for garnish
