Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups cooked Japanese rice
  • 1/2 red onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered chicken stock
  • soy sauce
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • In a medium size pan over med/high heat, add oil, garlic, onions and a pinch of salt. Fry for a few minutes (about 5) until the onions are tender.
  • Add rice and powdered chicken stock. Toss the rice until the stock has evenly dissolved. Season with salt, a dash of soy sauce and freshly ground black pepper. Toss well and serve.
