Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken ((we prefer thighs))
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a 4 quart slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken easily shreds with a fork.
  • Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with two forks or in a stand mixer.
  • Return to juices to serve.
