Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 garlic clove finely chopped peeled
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt *to taste
  • 1 tbs cornflour
  • 600 ml thickened cream

Instruction

  • Melt butter in a non stick saucepan over low heat.
  • Add chopped garlic and sauté until butter stops frothing. Make sure to keep the garlic moving, to ensure it doesn't burn.
  • Add onion powder, parsley and mustard. Stir together gently.
  • Whisk cornflour into thickened cream, then pour mixture into saucepan. Simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens.
  • Add salt before serving.
