Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 garlic clove finely chopped peeled
- 50 g butter
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt *to taste
- 1 tbs cornflour
- 600 ml thickened cream
Instruction
- Melt butter in a non stick saucepan over low heat.
- Add chopped garlic and sauté until butter stops frothing. Make sure to keep the garlic moving, to ensure it doesn't burn.
- Add onion powder, parsley and mustard. Stir together gently.
- Whisk cornflour into thickened cream, then pour mixture into saucepan. Simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens.
- Add salt before serving.
