Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh chives
- 1 small clove garlic (crushed)
- immersion blender
- tall glass jar
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients together into a tall glass jar or mason jar. Make sure to use a jar that is wide enough to fit your immersion blender but not so wide that it won't be able to properly blend your mayo.
- Place blade of immersion blender into jar at the bottom. Turn on highest setting and slowly move the blade up and down.
- The mayo should emulsify within seconds and be completely emulsified and thick within 45 seconds to 1 minute.
- Cover and store in fridge until ready to use. Use within 5 days or discard. Enjoy!
