Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 medium russet potatoes (cut into 1/4-inch strips)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup fresh minced chives
- 4-5 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Spread out potato strips on a large baking sheet. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine oil, butter, chives, garlic, and Parmesan.
- Pour butter mixture over potato strips and toss to full coat.
- Season liberally with salt and pepper
- Bake at 450° for 20-25 minutes.
- Add more salt and pepper to your tastes and serve warm.
