Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb Sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes. )
- 4 garlic cloves (finely minced)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh parsley, if desired
Instruction
- Season the beef with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat the oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak tips to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Stir in the butter and garlic and cook for 20 seconds. Check for seasoning, garnish with parsley, if desired, and enjoy!
