Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound shrimp
- 1 stick butter
- 6-7 cloves garlic (minced about 1 ½ - 2 ½ tablespoons)
- ¼ cup white wine
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish, optional)
Instruction
- Melt butter over medium heat until foaming, then add the shrimp and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 60 seconds, then add the garlic and cook for a further 30 seconds.
- Add the wine and cook 2 Minutes.
- Toss with parsley and salt.
