Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 large zucchini (cut into rounds)
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Chopped Fresh parsley for garnish.

Instruction

  • In a large skillet, add olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 30 seconds.
  • Add zucchini, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Cook until zucchini is tender for about 7 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley.
  • Serve warm. Enjoy!
