Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 large zucchini (cut into rounds)
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Chopped Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instruction
- In a large skillet, add olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 30 seconds.
- Add zucchini, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Cook until zucchini is tender for about 7 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve warm. Enjoy!
