Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup Garlic cloves, peeled
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 stick butter (soft, unsalted)
- 1 teaspoon Granulated garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons herbs (thyme or rosemary)
Instruction
- Gather your ingredients for the sauce.
- In a small pot over medium heat add the garlic cloves and olive oil and cook for a 10-12 minutes until the garlic starts to look slightly golden.
- Strain the garlic and keep the garlic olive oil in a separate container.
- In a food processor, add the butter, the cooked garlic, seasoning and puree.
- It's smooth and ready at that point to melt over your cooked food.
