Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup Garlic cloves, peeled
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 stick butter (soft, unsalted)
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons herbs (thyme or rosemary)

Instruction

  • Gather your ingredients for the sauce.
  • In a small pot over medium heat add the garlic cloves and olive oil and cook for a 10-12 minutes until the garlic starts to look slightly golden.
  • Strain the garlic and keep the garlic olive oil in a separate container.
  • In a food processor, add the butter, the cooked garlic, seasoning and puree.
  • It's smooth and ready at that point to melt over your cooked food.
