Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 roll refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 18 slices pepperoni
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 3 Tbsps melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • kosher salt, pepper

Instruction

  • Unroll the pizza crust and roll it slightly to flatten and even it out. Sprinkle the cheese in an even layer and place the pepperoni in a single layer. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the italian seasoning.
  • Carefully roll it up starting with the wider edge (example picture in post above). With a sharp knife, cut into 12 pieces. Use the edge of the knife to transfer each piece to a lined baking sheet. The knife will help keep the cheese from falling out.
  • Mix the melted butter, garlic paste, parmesan cheese, the rest of the italian seasoning, and a sprinkle of kosher salt and pepper. Spoon this mixture over top of the pizza roll ups.
  • Bake in a 425 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
