Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 tablespoon butter (unsalted)
- 1 ½ pounds cremini mushrooms
- 2 tablespoon fresh thyme (chopped)
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
Instruction
- Clean your mushrooms and slice 1/4" off the stems.
- Melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook the mushrooms until they are browned and begin to shrink. About 5-10 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds while stirring well. Garnish with parsley, and serve.
