Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes )
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional )
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves (finely minced )
- 1/8 tsp red crushed pepper (optional)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh parsley (optional )
Instruction
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once the butter melts, add the chicken along with the spices, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken well.
- Cook the chicken for about 2 minutes on each side then stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through. It shouldn't take too long.
- Stir the chicken and check for seasoning. Garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy!
