Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes )
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional )
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves (finely minced )
  • 1/8 tsp red crushed pepper (optional)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley (optional )

Instruction

  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once the butter melts, add the chicken along with the spices, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken well. 
  • Cook the chicken for about 2 minutes on each side then stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through. It shouldn't take too long. 
  • Stir the chicken and check for seasoning. Garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy!
