Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Four 6 ounce chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons melted coconut oil, plus more for greasing pan
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3-6 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ tablespoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 450 F.
  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease with coconut oil.
  • Place the breasts on the paper side by side.
  • Combine coconut oil, onion, garlic, raisins, rosemary, cinnamon, pepper, parsley and salt in a small dish.
  • Brush/pour over the chicken, massaging the mixture onto the chicken.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
