Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 5 precooked corn on the cob, (kernels removed (or defrosted frozen corn kernels))
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk ((I used 2%))
- 1/4 cup Alouette Garlic and Herb Chese Spread
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat; then whisk in the flour forming a roux.
- Add the heavy cream and whisk until the roux has dissolved; then add the milk, cheese, pepper and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in the corn and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes.
