Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 3/4 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cheap beer
- 4 tsp garlic (dried, minced)
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 1/3 tbsp milk
- 2/3 tbsp sour cream
- 2/3 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- 2/3 tbsp chives
- 1/3 tbsp onion (dried, minced)
Instruction
- In a small bowl, toss the cheese with the flour
- Use a double boiler to bring 2 inches of water to boil over high heat
- Meanwhile, whisk all ingredients for the sauce together
- Reduce heat to medium and pour in beer
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly
- Add half of the cheese and cook until it melts then add the remaining cheese, a little at a time until it is all melted
- Fold in the sauce and pepper
