Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 sticks Cabot Unsalted Butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped thyme
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped oregano
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instruction
- MIX all ingredients together in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- PLACE on a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a log about 1½-inches in diameter.
- CHILL for one to two hours until mostly firm.
- SERVE sliced butter rounds on fish, meats, cooked vegetables or with bread and crackers.
