Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 sticks Cabot Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped thyme
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instruction

  • MIX all ingredients together in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • PLACE on a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a log about 1½-inches in diameter.
  • CHILL for one to two hours until mostly firm.
  • SERVE sliced butter rounds on fish, meats, cooked vegetables or with bread and crackers.
