Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 large tomato (sliced into 1/2" chunks)
- 1-2 cups grape tomatoes
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 whole cucumber, diced
- 2 Tbsp diced red onion
- ½ cup diced fresh mozzarella chunks
- ¼ cup fresh basil, minced
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp sugar
- ⅔ cup red wine vinegar
Instruction
- Wash all produce. Dice/ chop/ mince to your heart's content. Feel free to add other vegetables! More favorites include zucchini, bell peppers, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.
- Toss salad together with vinaigrette and serve.
