Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 15 oz garbanzo beans (1 can, low sodium)
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- black pepper (fresh ground, to taste)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 tbsp tahini paste
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1 tbsp lemon zest (fresh)
- fresh mixed greens to garnish (optional)
Instruction
- Rinse garbanzo beans well, and remove the skins if desired. Place beans in medium-size mixing bowl.
- Gently fold in remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly blended
- Serve with lemon wedges and mixed greens.
