Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 15 oz garbanzo beans (1 can, low sodium)
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • black pepper (fresh ground, to taste)
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp tahini paste
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest (fresh)
  • fresh mixed greens to garnish (optional)

Instruction

  • Rinse garbanzo beans well, and remove the skins if desired. Place beans in medium-size mixing bowl.
  • Gently fold in remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly blended
  • Serve with lemon wedges and mixed greens.
