Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 13 ounces Mission® Tortilla Chips (for serving)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce (divided )
- 2½ ounces pepperoni slices (divided )
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened )
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic (pressed)
- 1½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1½ cups mozzarella (shredded )
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease the baking dish with the olive oil.
- Spread half cup of pizza sauce into the bottom of the greased dish.
- Dice 2 ounces of the pepperoni and set aside.
- Add softened cream cheese, sour cream, ground black pepper, and pizza spice to a large mixing bowl.
- Add in half the mozzarella cheese, and the diced pepperoni; mix. Spread mixture over pizza sauce in the dish.
- Pour remaining sauce over the cheese mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top and remaining whole pepperoni slices. Garnish with additional Italian seasoning if desired.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes until the top of the dip is melty and bubbly. If you want crisp pepperoni, broil for an additional 2 minutes.
- Allow dip to rest for 5 minutes before enjoying warm with Mission® Tortilla Chips.
