Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 chicken pieces
- 1 brown onion cut into slices large peeled
- 2 potato peeled thinly sliced
- 1 tsp parmesan finely grated
- 420 g canned cream of chicken soup
- 420 g canned diced tomato
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 cup mozzarella shredded
- 1 1/2 cup cheese shredded
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Cover base of dish with onion rings and place chicken over the top.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Place potato over the chicken, filing any gaps.
- In a large bowl, mix soup, tomato and spices together and pour evenly over chicken.
- Cover with a layer of mozzarella cheese, then a layer of tasty cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for an hour.
- Remove foil and bake for a further 30 minutes.
