Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 chicken pieces
  • 1 brown onion cut into slices large peeled
  • 2 potato peeled thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp parmesan finely grated
  • 420 g canned cream of chicken soup
  • 420 g canned diced tomato
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 cup mozzarella shredded
  • 1 1/2 cup cheese shredded

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Cover base of dish with onion rings and place chicken over the top.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Place potato over the chicken, filing any gaps.
  • In a large bowl, mix soup, tomato and spices together and pour evenly over chicken.
  • Cover with a layer of mozzarella cheese, then a layer of tasty cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for an hour.
  • Remove foil and bake for a further 30 minutes.
