Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 2 /3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (softened to room temperature)
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin tin with 12 cupcake liners.
- Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Melt better in a large microwave safe bowl. Whisk in sugar.
- Stir in egg, yogurt, milk, and vanilla.
- Gradually stir in flour mixture. Gently fold in sprinkles.
- Divide batter between 12 liners (Fill around 2/3 of the way full). Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
