Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 cups of mixed greens (your favorites)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup red quinoa (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds (toasted)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup shallots (diced)
  • Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette to taste

Instruction

  • combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and toss to coat with dressing
  • serve and enjoy!
