Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 12 cups mixed greens (spinach, spring mix or romaine lettuce)
- ½ cup fuji apple dressing (click link for the recipe)
- 20 apple chips
- 12 ounce cooked chicken breast (sliced)
- ½ cup gorgonzola cheese (crumbled )
- ¼ cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ¼ cup pecan pieces (toasted )
Instruction
- In a large bowl, toss the mixed greens with the fuji apple salad dressing.
- Divide the dressed greens between four bowls.
- Top with the apple chips, cooked chicken, gorgonzola cheese, red onion, tomatoes and pecans.
