The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks, (divided, mini or regular-sized)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg (at room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon espresso powder ((optional))
  • Pinch of salt
  • ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, (at room temperature)
  • 6 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (mini or regular-sized)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8" x 8" square pan with parchment paper, leaving enough excess parchment along two opposite sides of the pan so that you can easily pull out the cooled brownies for slicing later on.
