  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sweetener/sugar of choice
  • Pinch salt

  • 1/2 cup low fat vanilla greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup dark/semi sweet semi sweet/dark <a target="_blank" href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/search/ref=as_li_qf_sp_sr_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&index=aps&keywords=chocolate%20chips&linkCode=ur2&tag=cafedeli-20&linkId=H6N6W2P767OFXSCB">chocolate chips</a><img src="http://ir-na.amazon-adsystem.com/e/ir?t=cafedeli-20&l=ur2&o=1" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" />

Instruction

  • Preheat oven 200C | 390F. Spray a 8x8 inch baking pan with cooking spray, wipe over with a paper towel and set aside.
  • Throw ALL ingredients (except chocolate chips) into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Fold half the chocolate chips into the batter and pour into the prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top of bars.
  • Bake for approx 20 minutes (depending on your oven) until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
  • Once cooled, gently cut into 16 bars.
