Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 10 oz miniature marshmallows
  • 3.4 oz box coconut cream instant pudding mix (dry)
  • 5 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instruction

  • Spread coconut in an even layer on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 3-6 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until golden brown. Cool.
  • Melt butter over medium heat in a large stockpot. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in dry pudding mix and toasted coconut (reserve a small bit of coconut for the topping).
  • Stir in cereal until all ingredients are well coated in melted marshmallow.
  • Press into a well greased 9 x 9 square baking dish. Allow to cool completely on counter.
  • Whisk together powdered sugar and milk, 1/2 tablespoon at a time, until drizzling consistency.
  • Drizzle over cooled treats in pan and sprinkle with reserved coconut.
