Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 24 oz white chocolate chips
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 cups Fruity Pebbles (1 1/2 cups for fudge, 1/2 cup for topping)
Instruction
- Using a double boiler, melt the white chocolate chips, stirring until melted.
- In a stand mixer, beat melted chocolate chips and cream cheese until well blended.
- Add confectioners' sugar one cup at a time until well blended.
- Add 1 1/2 cups of Fruity Pebbles to mixer and mix until it has been evenly distributed.
- Spread in an 9x9 pan and pour 1/2 cup of Fruity Pebbles on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for two hours until fudge sets.
- Cut into 1-2 inch squares and enjoy.
