Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 24 oz white chocolate chips
  • 4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 cups Fruity Pebbles (1 1/2 cups for fudge, 1/2 cup for topping)

Instruction

  • Using a double boiler, melt the white chocolate chips, stirring until melted.
  • In a stand mixer, beat melted chocolate chips and cream cheese until well blended.
  • Add confectioners' sugar one cup at a time until well blended.
  • Add 1 1/2 cups of Fruity Pebbles to mixer and mix until it has been evenly distributed.
  • Spread in an 9x9 pan and pour 1/2 cup of Fruity Pebbles on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for two hours until fudge sets.
  • Cut into 1-2 inch squares and enjoy.
