Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
  • 1 6oz container Morinaga Alove Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped fruit

Instruction

  • Mix rolled oats, chia seeds, almond milk and Alove Yogurt in a bowl and transfer to a jar or food storage container.
  • Top with fresh fruit and close with an air tight lid.
  • Leave refrigerated overnight and serve.
