Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
- 1 6oz container Morinaga Alove Yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped fruit
Instruction
- Mix rolled oats, chia seeds, almond milk and Alove Yogurt in a bowl and transfer to a jar or food storage container.
- Top with fresh fruit and close with an air tight lid.
- Leave refrigerated overnight and serve.
