Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 75 ml water
  • 50 g frozen berries
  • drizzle of maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1/2 apple
  • 100 g vanilla yogurt or dairy free equivalent*
  • small handful fresh or frozen berries

Instruction

  • The night before you need them, place the oats and water in a large cereal bowl and stir to combine. Top with the frozen berries and a drizzle of maple syrup or honey (if wanted). Cover and place in the fridge to soak overnight.
  • When ready to eat, grate the apple and stir it into the bowl with 3/4 of the vanilla yogurt.
  • Mix well to combine, then serve with the rest of the yogurt and a small handful of berries on top.
