Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 40 g rolled oats
- 75 ml water
- 50 g frozen berries
- drizzle of maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1/2 apple
- 100 g vanilla yogurt or dairy free equivalent*
- small handful fresh or frozen berries
Instruction
- The night before you need them, place the oats and water in a large cereal bowl and stir to combine. Top with the frozen berries and a drizzle of maple syrup or honey (if wanted). Cover and place in the fridge to soak overnight.
- When ready to eat, grate the apple and stir it into the bowl with 3/4 of the vanilla yogurt.
- Mix well to combine, then serve with the rest of the yogurt and a small handful of berries on top.
