Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or homemade almond milk)
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried fruit (- I used mixture of strawberries, bananas, apples, and blueberries)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup ((optional))

Instruction

  • Mix all ingredients in a Nutribullet or high speed blender.
  • Shake before using if needed.
