Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or homemade almond milk)
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried fruit (- I used mixture of strawberries, bananas, apples, and blueberries)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup ((optional))
Instruction
- Mix all ingredients in a Nutribullet or high speed blender.
- Shake before using if needed.
