The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup butter ((I use salted butter in my shortbread recipes - softened, at room temperature))
- 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract ((or almond extract))
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup mixed peel ((I'm using the Old English Fruit Cake Mix from Paradise Fruit))
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 Tbsp heavy cream ((or milk or water))
- 1 tsp coconut extract ((or your favorite flavor))
