Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 12 wonton wrappers, cut into quarters
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- cooking spray, or melted butter
- 2 apples, diced
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instruction
- For the Chips: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and spread the wonton wrappers on it. Spray the tops of the wonton wrappers with spray oil. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle it over top of the wonton wrappers. Alternatively, you can brush both sides of the wonton wrappers with melted butter and then sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 9-10 minutes until they are browned and crispy. Let cool completely, they will crisp up a bit more as they cool. For the Salsa: In a medium bowl, stir together the apples, strawberries, lime juice, red onion and cilantro until combined. Cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with the cinnamon wonton chips.
