Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 mango (, peeled and diced)
  • 3 kiwis (, peeled and diced)
  • 12-16 strawberries (, greens removed and quartered)
  • 6 oz blueberries
  • 12 mint leaves (, minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1.5 - 2 tablespoons honey (, to taste)

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, kiwis, strawberries, blueberries, and mint leaves. In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice and honey and pour over the diced fruit. Stir well, and allow to chill in the fridge for 5-10 minutes before serving.
